What to wear during class?

Flat shoes are important and loose comfortable clothing. We have indoor and outdoor classes. Outdoor is always best but not always possible in the west of Ireland. The movements in both Taichi and Qigong are derived from Nature and are best practised in nature near water or trees or in our gardens.

How Often to practice and when to practise?

Daily practice is really required to bring our bodies and mind back into balance. The best time to practice is when you can fit it into your day – for me that is first thing in the morning.
