Practising these ancient Chinese movements is a way to take control of our health, happiness and wellbeing. When we practise, we are connecting to our inner ability to heal, nourish and grow our bodies and our mind. Not only do Tai chi and Qigong exercise our bodies, they calm our mind and emotions allowing our bodies and mind to move into a relaxation mode that heals and strengthens us and brings our whole system back into balance.

Eileen has been practising Taichi since 2005 and teaching it since 2011. She started moving into the much wider world of Qigong during the pandemic. Her journey continues with both traditions, always going to greater depths and discovering parts of herself that she had lost contact with.
Her wish is that as many people as possible experience the joys and depths of Taichi and Qigong and start their own internal journey
